Do you have remarks on parks? Bedford Borough Council wants your views

Bedford Borough Council is currently conducting customer satisfaction surveys for two of its award winning parks, Bedford Park and Addison Howard Park.

The survey will help to ensure that the parks are meeting the needs of local residents and other park users, while informing the Council’s understanding of where visitors would like to see improvements in order to enhance their experiences.

Councillor Jim Weir, Portfolio Holder for Environment, said: “The feedback we collect in these surveys will help us to understand just what it is that people like about our parks. Our team wants to continue to make them exceptional places to visit and enjoy but we need the help of local residents to understand what they want to see.

“Whether you use the parks regularly, or have a view on something that would encourage you to visit more often, we want to hear from you!”

The survey should take between five and ten minutes to complete and will close on Sunday 18 June 2023.
