FLAG Bedford (Friendship Link & Action Group) is a social group for adults with a sensory and/or physical or learning disability, and their carers, who live in the Bedford area. Our aim is to combat social isolation and loneliness.

A fun social club for boys and girls from 9 to 18 who have learning disabilities. Art and crafts, board games, outside play in the warmer months and hanging out with friends!

The Multi-Activity Club is for people aged 16 years and over with a learning and / or a physical disability. Activities on offer include rounders, basketball, badminton, dodgeball and football. £3 per session, no need to book, just pay on the day.

we are RunTogether group based in Maulden, offering a mixed variety of runs throughout the week. No fee's to join, and we enjoy running & cake in equal measures. Largest Indoor Bowls Club in the area for all ages and abilities. Free taster session followed by 4 coaching sessions at a time to suit you. Bowls and bowls shoes provided for your lessons. Superb facilities.

Every Tuesday a group of disabled people meet to play bowls from special ‘buggies’ in a friendly environment. A meal is available at the end of the session. You don’t need to have previously bowled.

Outdoor season starts at the beginning of May until mid-September. Try lawn bowls for FREE. Just bring flat shoes. Entrance is via Wentworth Drive

We meet on a regular basis and have rides to various places, and cater for all abilities. We ride as a group for the pleasure of riding and socialising!
