Do you want to learn more about feeling happy and calm at home?

Worried about children returning to school or other changes happening?

Anger is a challenging emotion that we all experience at times. This session will look at supporting children with angry feelings. The session will be split into 2 parts:

17:00-17:30: Activities and information tailored to children of all ages (no boring adult bits allowed)

17:30- 18:00: Information for parents to support your children as well as a focus on self-care for parents

Activities and information will be aimed at all children. Younger children may need support from an adult.

The event will be run as a webinar designed to give information but there will be an opportunity to ask questions using a chat function or by sending an email in advance. Once you have signed up a link to the event will be sent the in the morning of the event over email. This will contain all joining instructions. If the link has not arrived by 12pm please contacts us over eventbrite. Be aware the link won't come through Eventbrite but a Central Bedfordshire Council email so watch out for this.
