Polish British Integration Centre
You will need good English and communication skills, and PBIC will provide the training to enable you to support their general advice service, supporting clients on issues relating to housing, education and benefits etc.

Leonard Cheshire Disability  
Agate House is looking for Volunteer Drivers for local short trips to support their Service User's to attend church groups, clubs and hospital appointments. 

Living it Up Events – Gig Buddy
Gig Buddies matches up volunteers to people with a learning disability and/or autism to go to gigs and other events together in Bedford. 

Bedford & District Cerebral Palsy Society – Ace Unlimited
Help with Thursday evening youth club for over 18s once a month at venues across Bedford. Join with their action packed sessions, helping to build self-confidence and independence.

Faces – Community Centre Volunteers
Help is wanted to support with a number of roles at the Church Lane Community Centre, including in the new community café and assisting families to access the internet. The role includes some basic admin skills, befriending and offering general help.

Carers in Bedfordshire – Activity Helper (Tuesday Mornings)
Assisting  with the preparation of light refreshments and cooked lunch at the weekly Carers Rest group in Bedford for carers of people with dementia (and their relative who may accompany them).
